Using CodeMind
These terms cover your use of CodeMind, our AI builder for websites, apps and workflows. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use CodeMind for a company, you accept them on its behalf.

Your account
Keep your login details safe and tell us right away if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for the people you invite to it.

Plans and billing
Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings, and changes apply from the next billing period.

Acceptable use
Do not use CodeMind to build anything illegal, harmful or deceptive, to attack other systems or to break the rights of others. We may suspend projects that do, after telling you why when we can.

Your content and code
You own your prompts, your uploads and the code CodeMind generates for you. You give us only the rights we need to host, run and show your projects back to you.

AI output
Generated code and copy can contain mistakes. Review what CodeMind creates before you publish it, especially anything that handles payments, personal data or security.

Third-party services
Integrations such as Stripe, Supabase or GitHub are run by their own providers under their own terms. We are not responsible for how those services work.

Liability
CodeMind is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact
