CodeMind (“we”, “us”) builds tools that turn your ideas into apps, websites and workflows. This policy explains what we collect when you use CodeMind, why we collect it and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Information we collect
Account details you give us, such as your name, email and team name. Project content you create, including prompts, generated code and uploaded files. Usage data, such as pages visited, features used and device type, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use your information
To run and improve CodeMind, generate the code and designs you ask for, keep your account secure, answer support requests and send product updates you can turn off at any time. We never sell your personal data.

Your projects and AI
Your prompts and code stay private to your workspace. We do not use your private projects to train shared models unless you opt in from Settings.

Sharing with others
We share data only with service providers that help us run CodeMind (hosting, payments, email), under contracts that protect it, or when the law requires it.

Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete a project or your account, we remove it from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it, and every access is logged and reviewed.

Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by writing to us. If you are in the EU, UK or California, you have extra rights under GDPR and CCPA, and we honor them.
